This course is absolutely amazing! I am an NLP/Hypnosis Master Practitioner so I work with many clients myself, and as I move toward the idea and actuality of becoming a mother, working with myself to calm some of the potential challenges can be a bit tougher for me. While I am not pregnant yet, I went through the entire course, including rewatching as directed, and am much much much more confident that my future pregnancy will be very manageable and my morning sickness will be minimal, if present at all. I have downloaded the visualization and will keep it on my phone so I can listen to is every day for the next 21 days. I will also print out the affirmations and keep them in a frame on my bedside table so I see them when I need them. My only feedback would be to include an audio we can download so we have the visualization in a smaller file that we can keep handy. I will do this myself and edit the file to only include the visualization, as I want to make listening to it easy enough for me that I actually do it every day, regardless of internet connection, etc.. Phenomenal job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
