Discover how to operate as a successful HR Business Partner

Description

In this course we provide valuable information on how Human Resource Business Partnering (HRBP) operates in practice and discuss the required business partnering skills of those individuals working within the Human Resources (HR) function within an organization.

We begin by reviewing the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) practice within the context of the organization. Next we develop a discussion on what HRBP skills are required to meet today’s tough organizational challenges. This leads to a conversation of how an individual can operate successfully as a business partner, specifically in identifying business partnering opportunities and building relationships; promoting the HRBP role and understanding business needs.

The course is suitable if you are aspiring to, or are new to the HR Business Partner role, or an HR professional working for an organization, which wishes to progress their HR function to operate as a Business Partner in practice.

PPT is not enough to keep engaged the learner, it can be animated with practical situation and assessment test after each section.

I feel that Udemy should have reviewed this recording before sending it out for the public to use. Although it gave me a better understanding of the HR Business Partner role and the roles of the HR department, the narrator struggled to pronounciate far too often, making it VERY difficult to understand what she was trying to say. Even the use of the transcript/caption functions didn't help much. The muddled words and mispronunciations were terribly distracting. Hopefully, not all recordings will go this way, as this was my first one and I had planned on taking more courses with Udemy in the future.

Firstly, The speaker "Carrie" has real hard accent which is at times makes difficult to understand/interpret the content, contrary "on a global platform where misc. nationality applicants are listening this video" you must select voice which is clear and comes with nutual accent... Secondly the content HRBP isnt complete, even after finishing this course I still dont feel confident that I fully understand HRBP role, "there has to be some practical knowledge and real time examples... all that is been narreted is quite bookish. with all my experience I am not going to pursure any other course of same tutor.

Tons of HR history and philosphy. I was expecting more direct info relative to the Business Partner relationship of HR.

The course was talking more about the HRM models and concepts, which we have already covered in our Mba courses. The course could have elucidated in detail about current market expectations with regard to HRBP role and how to facilitate the same.

I could learn about what HRBP stands for and also get an introduction to the subject. Wanted to learn more on the KRA's for an HRBP. It was kinda boring in the middle.

Very theoretical and focusses on definitions and interpretations by various authors. Will not provide practical means but will generate sufficient curiosity and provide the overall structure to the HRBP role - so one can build up further with more research.

It was very basic. I could have searched on google about everything which I got to learn from here. Something could be different.

It’s is a nice course,it imparts more knowledge to the Hr students like I ,this is due to the reason that at our university levels we are not imparted with all knowledge. So,It’s a nice field for people to learn more

The transcript needs a proof reading. Multiple errors in almost every paragraph. More than the course I am bound to focus on the pronunciation as the transcript is of no use.
