Welcome to the HTML, CSS, & JavaScript - Certification Course for Beginners.

If you are interested in mastering the art of front-end development, look no further. This course is the complete beginners guide to developing cutting-edge web pages that are fully mobile responsive.

The course branches into three sections. We start by exploring HTML5, students learn the composition of a web page and how a web browser interprets html code to display the visual elements of a page. We cover just about every aspect of HTML syntax, to ensure you are well prepared for the remaining sections ahead.

The HTML sections covers the following key concepts:

  • HTML Page Structure

  • Working with Spacing

  • Text Formatting

  • Creating Ordered & Unordered Lists

  • Inserting Images & Videos

  • Creating Links and Anchor Tags

  • Inserting Tabular Data & Tables

  • Creating Forms

  • + Much More

Once students have a firm grasp on HTML coding, we move right into CSS. Here, students will learn to add stunning design elements to really make web pages visually aesthetic. We will also cover a broad range of CSS attributes to make web pages completely mobile responsive, even on the trickiest of devices such as phones and tablets.

The CSS section of this course covers the following key concepts:

  • CSS Rules

  • CSS Classes

  • Divisions

  • CSS Id's

  • Font Properties

  • Backgrounds & Transparency

  • CSS Tables

  • + Much More

In the last section of this course students will dive into adding interactive client-side functionality using JavaScript. JavaScript is an extremely powerful front-end programming language that can really help take web pages to another level. This section teaches students how to add client-side validation to forms, animate images and objects, and manipulate both HTML and CSS elements using the DOM (Document Object Model).

The JavaScript section covers the following key concepts:

  • JavaScript output

  • Variable declarations

  • Arithmetic operators

  • Objects

  • Strings

  • Math functions

  • Arrays

  • Conditional statements

  • Loops

  • Functions and events

  • + Much More

Very basic course that doesn't even touch on HTML5 and I lost interest when a table was being improperly used to create a layout for a form. That's what CSS should be used for and not a table, which would create serious accessibility issues for users of AT.

im really glad that this is something more detailed than ive been thinking. glad to be in such a great learning place.

Hanuji1 October 2020

Thanks YouAccel, this material is good, everything is good, i think it more better if you have additional project

Tammy27 September 2020

The resource files opens as a web page rather than the Notepad++ version. If I try to open it in the Notepad++ it opens the zipped file Resource folder as a load of gobbledegook and won't let you go further

Abhishek24 September 2020

yup it is interesting and m interested to learn more and look forward to it!!! My concepts are now clear and gradually i hope i will excel in this course ..looking forward to it!!

Some small missing information in CSS and JS explanations. Some 1-2 minutes task could be join together, like CSS positions. You speaks a bit slow.

A great course on the basics of html, css and Javascript. Maybe in the future you could add some exercises to solidify content learning.

Yuri9 February 2020

The HTML and CSS parts are really on point for the beginer level. I felt like the javascript part could use some more code examples (with arrays, loops, etc.). And of course the font is too small! It's really hard on the eyes. But, overall a good course for the beginner.

Fernando1 February 2020

course is terrible, a total waste of time and currently teaches wrong techniques. html project uses table to create the page structure, practice of using table is not recommended.

Григорий30 January 2020

Simple and convenient way to get into HTML, CSS and JS. I recommend this course to everyone who wants to start building web pages and have no experience in it.

Md.4 January 2020

Finally, I have learned many things. Everything was good except for the font size. Excluding font-size, the course is awesome undoubtedly.

Juan2 January 2020

Really it's a great product I like it this is my first experience about this course and I learn a lot of new things about this course and I got great experience and thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Great course, he cover a lot, but it would have been more intuitive if he would have created shorter sections, section 1 was too long.
