I'm not done with the course yet, but from this much, I must say that this is exactly what I needed to kickstart my journey in the world of HR analytics. I so much hated calculations and all, but the tutor made it look so simple. Excel is so cool when you use it to analyse data. It also has a section for hr dashboards. This has been what I want to learn. I will come back to edit this review once I'm through with the course.
