It was acceptable, content is pretty standard, and covers as the title indicates, fundamentals. Critical feedback - the presentation feels really outdated and set back 10 years. Nothing 'wow' or particularly impactful.

I have experienced and lived through a lot of what was relayed, via my current position in the Human Resources Department. What is not mentioned is the scenarios that may not go right in the department because of human interactions.
