What you will learn

Be able to write a Resume that will beat the bots. Your resume is a living document and will never be complete. This course will get your resume 95% of the way done, where is can be tailored for each job you apply for.

Why take this course?

After 18 years in talent acquisition, I’ve reviewed over ONE MILLION RESUMES and wrote a best-selling eBook on how to avoid the critical mistakes most people face in crafting their resume.

Bottom Line: Only 5% of candidates have an impactful resume and I’m here to help YOU start seeing results quickly.

This challenge is meant to transform your resume over the next 5 days so that you can sift through the misinformation and confusing guidance that exists on job searching, land in the ‘yes’ resume pile, and start getting called for interviews.

Let’s get you started on your path to landing your dream job.

I am a recruiter by trade and a humanist by condition. The existential question that drives me is "How can I help you?" Marrying together my expertise in talent acquisition and candidate experience this question becomes "How can I help you find your dream opportunity?"

My vision is to one day help organizations realize the impact of valuing human beings as people and not as pieces of paper. Until that time, I share unapologetic advice and job search strategies that work within the current system.

I help to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers through branding, the candidate experience and journey, along with disruptive talent acquisition strategies. My journey at Amazon led me to becoming their most visible employee by speaking on talent attraction, candidate experience (CandX), and humanizing the talent acquisition process.

I launched Talent Paradigm in 2017 with the goal of leveling the playing field for candidates in the job seeking process. My organization provides coaching, resume writing, branding, and consulting services and products to help improve candidate outcomes.

Great job on the course content. The only important thing you didn't mention was to read your resume and use some kind of spell-check software. As a hiring manager, the only things I see consistently in resumes are SPELLING ERRORS and TYPING ERRORS. Particularly when a candidate says they pay close attention to the details.

I'm a 3rd year BE student, I personally felt the course is apt for an individual who's standing at the verge of placements and for the experienced one's too. I thank you for making such a contentful course.

Excellent Course. I learned a LOT, and the information was clear and concise. The instructor, Lindsay, keeps everything well-worded, and maintains the right pace for effective learning (at least for me). I was not overwhelmed or bored. Everyone who's interested in how to market their skills and talents, to provide value to the right people, should take this quick course. It was very much worth my time. Thanks, Lindsay!

I have always had trouble with how I should showcase myself on a resume and this course explained some of the more difficult parts with clear and concise answers. The only reason I did not give this course a 5 star review is because I would have liked a little more attention paid to the "skills" section. As with many people in my age group, I feel vastly under-prepared when looking for new jobs and the requirements for them.

The instructor clearly knows the topic. She got to the point with no "fluff." The course will be better with more example. Instead of a list of what to do. Overall, great course and great information.
