So Far So Good - Applicable - Motivational I could not find the Randy Charach MP3 and I could not find the Recipes. All were supposed to be in the Bonus Section. Where are they? Or were they discontinued?

This course gives a lot of very useful information about the health benefits of walking, which is just what I need to be encouraged to walk much more than I have done so far.
