This is the kind of activity we should all be doing on a regular basis. Most of us wait until we get injured before we go searching for the foam roller, whereas if we used it as part of our warm up/cool down, many, if not all, of our injuries could be avoided. Jack takes us slowly through how to treat the most common areas we injure. I thoroughly recommend this course to everyone out there, not just active sports people. Thanks again Jack for your very professional approach.

Good course on foam roller to fix the miserable pain. However you need someone around expert like instructor who can guide otherwise you will be great trouble. Its not good for overweight or obeseand and overage as shown pic of old lady on the intro.

I really enjoyed this course for a few reasons. Firstly, I found the instructions were/are easy to follow along with. There are no long, drawn out filler lectures with unnecessary waffle. He explained the reasons why to do the exercises, how to do them, gave practical demonstrations and he gave the appropriate cautions as well. I personally had no trouble understanding his speaking and the production, audio, video, etc., was fine, in my opinion. Finally and most importantly, even though I have only just started doing some of the exercises as I was watching, I could feel some positive effects. Not miracle cures, but some minor improvements which provided some relief. I feel confident that I will make more gains over a period of time.
