Have you ever found yourself putting off important things over and over again?

Do you find yourself always struggling to reach your deadlines?

Are you beginning to lose your dignity and trustworthiness at the company because you have failed once again to deliver on time?

Well, you are not the first one and not the last one to submit to procrastination.

My name is Roy Naraine. I'm a medical doctor and I have been conducting self-improvement training for over twenty years. During this time, I have helped thousands of people all around the world to overcome procrastination and regain control of their lives.

You see, procrastination, or The Art of Postponing, is one of the biggest enemies you will have to face in order to achieve your goals.

But trust me, it can be done.

I always believed that the human mind absorbs knowledge best when it's presented with real life examples of the problem. This is why in this course I have included a wide variety of stories from my students lives

These stories will help you to understand how procrastination actually works on a neurological level, which in turn will ultimately help you to overcome it.

However, understanding how something works is not enough to take action. Overcoming procrastination does not happen at the snap of your fingers. It needs to be mentally and physically worked on.

This is why I will also provide you with a number of proven techniques that will help you to fight your demons one battle at a time.

Remember, in my productions I always provide a number of free, preview videos. Watch them and confirm that this is exactly the course you need.

By joining me on this adventure of self-improvement you are taking the first step to regaining control of your future.

So do not procrastinate. Enroll now and let's get started.

I was skeptical at the beginning because of bad previous experiences with other motivational videos of this kind, but Dr. Roy did a spectacular job by explaining clearly and with backed up facts.

I'm left with no evidence of what he says and must just believe him. Coming from a Dr. This is very unscientific. I would like some references to research to explain his reasoning as is now required by law.

Thanks for the knowledge sharing on how to educate the brain on the priority setting especially the 3-W strategy.

First of all, I finished this course only because I was procrastinating on other, more important, things. At least for me this course consists of motivational lectures that cover more theory how to increase your motivation and get some order/time management into your life. For cases of more serious procrastination I haven´t found working tips how to deal with it. As the motivational, anecdotal lectures for general audience it is OK, but serious procrastinators may look for other sources of information.

The course is hitting the nail on the head for sure. Great content. I appreciate the detailed explanation of how the brain works and why I think like I do at times. Thank you for this information. I look forward to the remaining portions of this course. I also appreciate the instructional style.

Sailing between meetings and other duties, it took a few days to go through the entire content, but it's worth going through it all at once. It was useful for me because it reminded me of what's important and gave me a push to not postpone tasks which sooner or later still need to be addressed.

It was a good match, and I relate to these experiences to a degree and he is able to logically explain the tumbling spiral of procrastination.

The video started off really slowly. It is important to understand how the brain impacts your actions, but it made for me not want to watch the rest. I think it could have been said faster. Stick with it and the rest of the video really dives into clear actions you can take to stop procrastination.
