This presentation is woefully outdated. The Developer site on Paypal is completely overhauled, and this tutorial is worthless. The instructor didn't bother to update the information.

The code is outdated and uses deprecated mail functionality and also the "old" pay pal look and feel, so you need to root around to try and find the latest updated equivalent to do the tasks shown in the videos. I would not recommend, I ended up having to re-write most of the code to the new non deprecated code.

I really like this idea of a very specific course teaching how to understand and solve a particular problem. Instructor did a good job of breaking down the steps and is very organized in delivering the content. Content is delivered clearly and mostly succinctly. There was some delay while waiting for Paypal setup which could maybe be further edited but this was a good investment in purchase price and in time spent watching and studying it. I do think the course could be expanded more by further breaking down the steps and / or providing even more explanations for why certain choices are made.
