In this course, I'll show you how to explore rocks creating 6 separate, yet simple styles, to bring your landscape or seascapes to life. The course is a total of 40 minutes long with 6 separate lectures and styles of rock. We will not complete a full scene in this course. It is to be used as a guide on how to create different textures and simple types of rock to use in your own scenes.

I put this all in my question, but it is more appropriately a review: This class was so quick and so much fun! I didn't have all my supplies with me so I went with what I had on hand. I got the concept even if I couldn't reproduce the results. All I had with me was a aqua brush - tough to do dry brush unless you dump it out and let it dry. I was too impatient and this was just a first pass. I will definitely do this course again and take my time. I am confident I will be able to apply these lessons with practice. The pace of the course is really fast, but fortunately, you can pause! I have already purchased a couple more of Kellie Chases' classes.

I thought the lesson would be painting a landscape and learning how to paint rocks as part of a larger piece vs. doing little individual sketches. Maybe that will come later, though...I'm hoping!
