Tomer provides exactly what I'm looking for in this series. His instructions are clear, well thought out and organized. What I like most is the little gems he provides that will keep me from making outsourcing mistakes. Highly recommended for those new to the concept of outsourcing.

Instructor made a point of testing the individual before hiring full time. Test should be something you need completed. This will enable you to check the quality and accuracy of work provided. Audio quality on certain videos were skipping. These videos had long lapses beween instructor talking and ending his lectures.

I was going to give a 5 star review (and would have) but the video kept going in and out. I can deal with that as the slides were not changing much during those times, so it was only annoying. However, the last section about onboarding the VA, the most important part for me, had long dead silences - not pauses, but lost voiceover - so it was pretty useless. I rewound several times to see if it was my system, but the dead spaces were always in the same time, same duration. Also of note but does not impact the rating: 1. The examples are from 2014/2015. The interfaces have changed, the US companies have consolidated, etc. Not a big deal, I know these courses are not kept really current but annoying when confronted with echnical issues. 2. During the intro, Tomer talks about a bonus at the end, then talks about moving on to the last video for the bonus...and the course abruptly ends. I went to the Q&A and he says he is no longer giving any bonus. If this is the case, update the video and take that out in both places.

The Video and the Audio cuts out all through the course. I could only get a third of what was said, and that makes the rest hard to understand. The production ruined it for me.

The Instructor shows the important points, strait to the point & clear even English is not his first language.

Its Ok doesnt seem like they edited their videos and its kinda of a sloppy presentation. Audio cuts in and out and graphics go blank periodically.

This guy really seems to know his stuff. Loads of good info. He is also pretty engaging as well, and his audio is pretty good when it's not cutting out. That's probably the main criticism I have with this course. He has to make sure the audio is edited properly, because it cuts in and out on many parts.

Really good content and showed where to get resource information as well as gave examples of how to use resources. The course was well organized and discussed throughly each bullet. The only drawback was the video at times went in and out. I would recommend this course

The courses have taught me new skill, I never knew I could outsource many of the tedious tasks that I was doing such as graphic creation, posting on social media and other parts of what I do on a daily basis.
