As with my experience of other course by Shona O'Connor I found this very informative and I love her thoroughness in explanations. Things that may be the same in the process of making different things she goes over in the lesson for each one. This means if I need to review a section it has everything in that section without me having to hunt for something in another section. The life time access to Shona's courses and the ability to contact her for anything is so great as well. I would fully recommend any of her courses whether you want to make a few things as a hobby or start your own business. Thank you Shona for sharing your knowledge.

I like that the instructor provided a slide show of what she was lecturing, for it was useful when taking notes and I did not know how to spell certain things. I liked this so I could research the things later. I also liked that the instructor provided a lot of other resources one can use as well.

The lady speaking like machine. One ton all the time. I have managed to sleep during the course. There is also problem with the volume. Sometimes is super high sometimes you can not hear at all.

Overall it was to the point info. But I expected it to be a bit more professional. Because it felt like I already know these recipes as they are easily available on the internet. Recourses may help. I liked how precise the classes were but wanted more detailed lectures.
