I feel a bit socially awkward at times, especially when dealing with impersonal individuals. When interacting I would become confused when approaching with genuinely positive intent, yet experiencing a negative response. It's nice to know what I have been doing correctly, and more empowering when running into others who may be a little antisocial or simply having a bad day. Module 1 /2 were extremely basic, then the content picked up and #3 was good info on the handshake, #4 on telling people how you will help them, i.e. what you will give them was a great point

I liked it a lot! He really knew what he was talking about. He felt comfortable in front of the camera and really made me think about what my first impression is when I meet new people. This course should be taught in schools today, I think it would help a lot of people. Short and to the point!
