The class gave me some valuable insights and strategies for navigating the political landscape at work, such as: Office politics are inevitable. No matter where I work, there will be some office politics. The key is understanding how they work and using them to my advantage. It's essential to build relationships. The people I know and trust can be invaluable allies in the workplace. Try to get to know my colleagues and build strong relationships with them. Be aware of my own biases. We all have biases, which can sometimes cloud our judgment in the workplace. Be mindful of my preferences and try to be objective when making decisions. Don't be afraid to stand up for myself. Don't be scared to speak up if I am mistreated or see something wrong happen. Be professional at all times. It's essential to remain professional even when dealing with difficult people or situations. This will help me maintain your reputation and credibility.

a complex and sensitive topic of office politics has been explained very nicely, While various theories were explained they were well supported with examples. Instead of giving idealistic approach, rationalistic approach has been suggested keeping in mind the real work life situation.
