On a positive note, there were some Interesting ideas i thought that worth thinking about and maybe taking further. The human kindness approach is wonderful and i agree should be used by all teachers. Improvements could be made to the sound quality as it wasn't as good for some of the sessions. There was also lot of pinging in the back ground.
