Great course. Dan explains things in a way that is easy to understand and in detail. The demonstrations also help you understand what you have been taught. An ideal course for anyone with an interest in hypnotherapy who wants to know where to start. I look forward to learning more from Dan's other courses.

I am grateful for Dan's expertise. He is very specific and paced as he explains subtle details to follow. I love the natural style of the course and how the importance he expresses on what words to use. I can see how this seems like a simple detail but is key to a successful environment and result. Thank you!

This is a really concentrated course on the different aspects of hypnotic induction. All of the pieces that need to happen in an induction are broken down neatly. I suggest going back through the demonstrations to watch how each of the 5 aspects covered in this course are done during the demonstrations. Then you can see how this all ties together.

Daniel Jones is a very engaging teacher, easy to follow and he takes the time to explain what he is doing, why, and the philosophy behind it. I really enjoyed this course and I will be taking other courses taught by him.

Basic ideas about hypnosis are clearly presented with abundant examples of the principles because that is how we may easily learn basic hypnosis best from this course.

I find the course very good . It would be helpful if they were available few summary notes in order to understand structure and parts and for future reference

What I liked: 1) Everything was explained and spoken of in plain English. No hypno-babble as often found in professional training. 2) Examples of every induction and technique discussed. 3) Audio and video quality generally good. /// Material Needs improvement: 1) At least a little bit on pre- and post-talk (and a whole course on pre-talk, please!) 2) What to do once your hypnotee is "under", probably targeted at recreation since this is not a professional certificate training course. 3) What signs to look for that your hypnotee is "under" so you can end [earlier than planned] or extend your induction as needed. 4) How to gracefully segue between induction, deepener(s) if used, patter and exduction. 5) A brief discussion of different methods of exduction and why you might choose one over another. /// Presentation Needs Improvement: 1) Try to be more lively when doing videos. I nearly fell asleep several times. 2) I can't remember which ones, but a couple of the videos also had some digressions. They were useful digressions, but they interrupted the flow. 3) As a book junkie, I found your background quite entertaining and completely distracting. If possible try to use a less "busy" backdrop. 4) Watching the microphone bob around at the bottom of the viewscreen was distracting. Set it on a stand between your knees or on the desk, please, so it doesn't move around. It doesn't matter if it's in the video, as long as it doesn't move.

Excellent course. Thanks Dan. I've studied NLP and this was a great way to consolidate the work we've done on hypnotherapy. The course is delivered in a concise, clear, easy to understand/follow way, with example videos showing you how to put the theory into practise. As it's a 'for ever' course, you can easily go back and review any part you're not sure of at any time. Will look for more courses to do with Dan - best instructor I've found! Thanks again.

Content in and of itself rates a 5 Presentation Format drops this down. I have always been a fan of written text/summaries/key points and this new format has taken that away and offers serial learning rather than a multi-modal opportunity. The content itself is well thought-out and presented knowledgeably
