I have found this course to be super helpful. I love his style of presenting, which I find to be clear, honest, insightful, relatable and well researched. He goes just deep enough to give the topics meaning, without being overly academic and boring.

I found this course quite useful, but I wish there were more exercises to go through. You're given some tools and sent out into the world to figure out everything yourself. Perhaps adding some alternative scenarios to "roleplay" through would help.

There were a lot of "this is why you are doing this" and "this is how the brain works" situations but there was very little on "how to be bulletproof". I think this needs to be renamed to "how the brain translates criticism". After going through this tutorial, I do not feel better equipped to be "bulletproof from criticism".

I didn't feel like the things listed in 'what you will learn' and the skills you will gain were accurate. I didn't learn anything new which could mean I didn't need the course. My guess is there are better courses out there. I wanted to learn and share techniques with my wife that she could implement but I didn't gain those insights.

I thought this was an excellent course with content with strong conceptual framework. It has a great title. I was expecting a little more punch to implementing personal bulletproofness. Still an excellent course.

The style of delivery is clear and easy to follow. Everything is backed up with evidence and some very good relatable examples. The instructor is very genuine and down to earth. I really enjoyed this course and will try very hard to implement everything I learned. I am very grateful for this opportunity. I am hoping to do some more courses by this instructor. He is a gem.

The class had some very good techniques. I like how the instructor incorporated his real life experiences in to his lectures and pulled them through. The instructor has a lot of knowledge, it is apparent that he enjoys what he does and he is empathetic even to those that he had conflict with. He also reminded us how our words can impact people for a long time and recalled a positive and negative example.
