Brought me back to basics of life without technology and how we depend on it and how much of the population is suffering day to day with not listening to their bodys circadian rhythms. I fully enjoyed the course and have learnt a great deal from the simplicity of natures own calling for our health and how ill health could be improved by the knowledge also the lasting thought technology grows our health declines.... we should be given the opportunity to know the damages technology does to our health and how we can overcome it.....maybe we need advancement of technology that doesnt damage our health rather then ignoring the facts.
