During the time I made changes, implemented strategies, tried new tools and sooner or later figured out what was really necessary to succeed in the complex and tough business. I guess I see issues from a different perspective and I like to come up with solutions that are really not common at all. With my own implemented strategies and tools, I am now able to expand.

Raj has a very pleasant style of explaining. He gives awsome tips for hoteliers about how they can stand out with their hotel. He uses all this tips in his own hotel and gives tangible examples on how he applied them and which positiv effect they had.

I love travelling and I been to more than 30 countries each one of them is a life experience. understanding and observing the services I get from those hotels. I could say most of the bullet points are common sense or need a bit of search for some who doesn't use the hotels. 0ver all it is nice and good to know other people experience

A good, short training and on the subject! I do not have any work experience in the hotel industry, but I have many customer requirements; from now on I could better understand some situations and I will know better how to choose the next hotel! The instructor is good, he's been reviewing all the important issues. The only thing I would suggest is to introduce some exercises / tests. Conclusion: the course deserves the invested time and money !!

I was a little skeptical at first as there were no ratings and wasn't sure how good the presenter's skills would be but it was indeed a very good insight into the workings of a Hotel. The presenter's passion signs through the course and makes it very engaging and very very good. Highly recomended !
