Good course. Provide many information regarding hotel industry along with night audit process. In my opinion, the only drawback is that it is made from an Indian prospective.

This is a terrible course. It's not applicable to the North American hotel industry AT ALL and weighs heavily on the Indian Hotel Industry for its background data. Moreover, the slides are amateurish and, frankly, an insult to my intelligence. In the slide representing the Purpose of Travel, the VFR (Visiting Family Relatives) graph has a picture of American President Barack Obama posing with his wife and two daughters. In another slide depicting Travel Modes, the Road graph had two pictures: One of camels and another of a colorful bus that were out in the DESERT.
