I like the course - the presention skills are decent - my biggest gripe is that the resources are not correctly named so I have to keep renaming them everytime I download. Also in the presentation - If I saw more of the slides and less of the presenter would be more helpful - no offence :( - I have to keep referring to the slide to see what the material is about and its a little cumbersome.

too general / top line. So far nothing about the details of buying journeys, how to construct them / analyze them, the different personas etc. not valuable enough

I'd like to wait until the end to review this but I'm being forced to do it halfway so here goes.. I bought this because I'm interested in the idea of making sales commission from hotels in my area and setting up a system for that. I have experience in this area and also with Guestcentric. So far the course seems thorough in creating a the brand image and taglines for social media posts as well as some interesting tools to add to the hotels website. However I don't think this is enough to compete with the likes of booking.com and I am yet to learn about how to drive online traffic to the hotel website. I am also interested in how Guestcentric can be employed if the hotel already has a booking engine that they use which many hotels already do. Are we supposed to convince them to change their technology? One other thing I'd like to comment on is the style of this course. I think it would've been better if the instructor spoke over the slides rather than teaching as if in a classroom using a video camera. The slides are too small to see and it's a bit distracting with too many other things in the video. Other than that I'm satisfied so far. Thanks!

Very detailed explanations and examples of what exactly to say and do with a potential hotel client. Proves the reason why hotels need to partner up with direct response copywriters/marketers to improve their revenue and to distance themselves from the OTAs.
