This "Work From Home" fitness course was just what I have been looking for. It worked perfectly into my typical daily routine. No need for any big equipment or barbells. Dr. Jeff's routines worked on cardio as well as muscle fitness. After each session he also showed us numerous stretching exercises to do while cooling down so that we are not sore the rest of the day. Nothing was "too hard" to do and there was plenty of room to add reps if that's what works for you.

Really great class, trust me. I couldn't believe how easy it was to follow along at home with the limited equipment I have. You don't have to regularly exercise to keep up and I love that you can sort of set your own pace if you have to since you can control the video speed. Yes the videos are supposed to be designed for 20 minute workouts, but if it takes you a little longer then that's still totally fine. It makes it less of a hassle and makes you feel less self conscious.

Jeff is a great teacher. He has so much to say and it's all important and good stuff. I mean, it's great and helpful to be getting exercise information from a medical professional because it's more likely that you'll be doing stuff that's not going to put you at risk of hurting yourself and he even addresses muscles that most trainers forget about. I haven't done the full 3 weeks yet, but I'm really excited to get to the finish line and see if I feel any progress has been made. Then I can just start the whole thing over again.
