Why take this course?

The routines and exercises in this course are carefully selected to correspond with the most important hypertrophy principle: the reps range from 6 to 12 with the maximum effort. 

We did not include the exercises that are relatively too easy or too difficult, the goal is that you work your muscle just enough for it to grow.

You will have 10 different routines that you can do using the floor and little wooden or metal parallets (that you can build youself or buy at a low cost). Each routine contains of 4 exercises that have to be repeated in 10 rounds.

On a day that you want to train you can select the workout you like. Each workout will take you approximately 1 hour. You can train 2-4 times a week. With consistency and proper technique of execution - the results are guaranteed. Just dont forget to nourish your body with good rest and good sleep. Lets go!

It was good to know the exercise I can do at home when gyms are closed due to Covid-19 pandemic. What I liked about the course is that it's simple and concise. All I need is a pair of parallel bars only.

La verdad sí me parece una muy buena elección para el buen funcionamiento del cuerpo y todo lo que eso implica. Me gustaría seguir aprendiendo y así seguir intentando los ejercicios mostrados para lograr motivación. A pesar del acento, yo le entiende bien . Lo que me ha ayudado también es que conozco la mayoría de ejercicios de este curso y ya tengo una base, pero igualmente esas combinaciones que han hecho son brutales. Le agradezco al instructor por su paciencia para hacer estos cursos que sirven de mucho a todo aquel que quiera mejorar. Como mejora del curso consideraría el idioma, de esta forma sería más fluida/natural la explicación, pero excelente esfuerzo de estos chicos.

Es un buen curso para los que estamos iniciando en Calistenia, yo en lo particular ya tenia un poco de conocimiento así que no se me hacen complicados estos ejercicios, así que estaría bien que hubiera mas variedad para intermedios, ya que muchos cursos se pasan de ejercicios básicos a las barras con ejercicios mucho mas complicados y es un gran cambio en la dificultad, pero en este curso me gusto iniciar con lo mas fácil, el instructor explica bien en que te ayuda y como hacerlo paso por paso, quizá falto aconsejarnos como establecer una rutina, cuantas series de cuantas repeticiones, cuantas veces a la semana, si podemos combinar uno, dos o tres músculos por día, ya que muchos no sabemos como establecer una rutina, por lo demás esta excelente, Felicidades y gracias por dejar este material al alcance de todos, y espero ansioso mas material de ustedes para seguir avanzando en esta disciplina. Overall, this is a good collection of exercise routines and the instructor is likeable. The instructor does have a slight accent, but is easily understood. One thing which was amusing was he calls squats "sit ups". Something which could be make the course significantly better would be a calendar of when to do each routine. Also, some modifications or progressions of the more challenging exercises would also improve the program. This course is not for the complete beginner. This program requires a baseline level of fitness and access to parallel bars. I would do more programs from this instructor.

Excelente curso , explicación precisa y exacta de cómo hacer los ejercicios y cómo te sentirás me gusto mucho espero poder seguir haciendo más cursos con este gran instructor , sería posible que hiciera un video mostrando su alimentación cómo es su alimentación real para estar en ese excelente estado físico .

Course is very good actually but the point is 50% of moves doing by tool. Yes only one tool but need to prepare. Without that can not do many exercise in videos.
