Elizabeth combines ingredients in ways I never thought to do. This all looks so nutritious and delicious. I'm excited to try these recipes myself. As always, she gives incredible information with a great delivery.

She had good intentions but the course was poorly delivered. A lot of repetition of adaptogens, and little content on other topics. The recipe that called for bee products, that was deleted from the recipe.. whilst understandable from a sustainability stand point, should have been updated to a new recipe.
