I would have given this a 5 star rating.. if not for the background music. Also the title said Performance Feedback and I was hoping it was related to Performance Appraisal Feedback, not just general feedback. Nonetheless, I benefited a lot from the contents and appreciate the pointers raised by the trainer. Thank you much!

- I find de music sort of distracting. - If you want to reach more people add captions to your videos at least in english, sometimes non-native english speakers are more challenged to heard than read in english

The course gave me several things to think about when providing feedback. I found the low-risk/ high-risk scale a useful concept to consider as well as the fact that although I can't control the response to my feedback, I can make sure it reflects my intentions.

Quite a good course, but I think was lacking in opportunities for more targeted application of the ideas and concepts. The practice scenarios were good as general opportunities to practice the entire course content (though perhaps a bit too open-ended -- I felt as though I needed to provide a lot of context to the scenario myself which meant that my answers differed dramatically from the supplied answers, and therefore made it more challenging to evaluate my answers). In addition to those though, I think I would have liked to have seen more targeted exercises or examples tailored to specific ideas or learning objectives. As a specific example, there were a number of acronyms introduced as useful tools to guide how to give effective feedback, and then practice scenarios where we could apply any of them in any way. What might've been more useful were multiple examples of feedback (both low risk/value & high risk/value) presented in those specific formats so that students could more clearly identify the specifics about a particular acronym.
