Pros Real life examples. Clear overall picture of Help Desk Cons I would give him 5 stars if he showed how to set up a home a lab to practice the server part. He kinda speeded over the server part

Amazing course, it sets you up for an entry into the IT Helpdesk world, opening some notions to you, definitely a must have if you plan on looking for a job as a helpdesk, it support(level 1) and so on. Thank you for your wonderful info, i just finished it and later this day i'm gonna take an interview for a tech company for this exactly position, hope this boosts me into it.

The guy speaking, is a real troubleshooter because he is showing places e. g. in Control Panel that I never have checked yet, but he is presenting it in a too small format, so, not easy to see.

Liked the course, but in some cases, especially when covering building a server/network and working with AD, I found myself asking 'why' are we doing this/what would this be in real life.. Perhaps giving more live examples would help? The section on networks/IP addresses hasn't been explained on a beginner level. One needs to already have a basic understanding of the subject to be able to follow along. So either elevate the rest of the lessons, either re-work this section to a beginner level as well.
