Expecting higher level of analysis and in depth critical assessments,quizzes at end of each module etc. Still not as per the expected quality.

Pop-ups and a cursor on the screen, moving, made it look sloppy. I learned some things but some of the content sounded like it was there to prolong the course.

Very informative, after taking this course, realize it was just a refresher. The art of providing service is lost. Businesses are mostly about making money. We need to restore service. I enjoyed the course! Thank you :-)

Too basic for me. No commands to use on command line. Not very technical. Too much emphasis on how to talk and dress. Not enough on the technical side. Very basic course. Maybe good for a high school student.

If you are looking for a course with any technical training this is not a course for you. This is all about customer service. Customer Service is important but not what I was expecting. The next level course that is offered is 50% customer service. That course 'technician' level also appears to be a let down.

I feel that this course has exposed me to material which is getting me look at my job in a different (positive) way. There's a lot of information, but I know that this course is going to significantly help me improve my work product and overall knowledge about my role.

This course is very basic. I do not think this course completion would cause me to hire someone with this skill level. The Help Desk Analyst needs more course work involving documenting the opening, activities and closing of an Incident or Ticket.

The narrator of the slides is so soft spoken you can't hear him even on full volume. I am having to fast forward through all the slides to get to the PDF downloads so that I can read the lessons. I would rather you put those PDFs in the beginning of the lesson so I can try to follow along with the slides. As a customer I would be very upset if I paid full price for this. Instead I paid sale price and am just aggravated. Now that I have had to read the lectures and gone back to take your little quizzes, I have found that what is in your printed material does not agree with your quiz answers.

While speaking the Tutor provides with good informacion but the presentation is boring and does not provide useful info or tips.

The course presentation was excellent as was the instructor, but I would have preferred a few more quizzes to test our learned skills. In any case, it's a great course for anyone looking to get into this field.
