Just some general tips, which are pretty basic and not even very well presented. Looks more like an ad for the blog and the ebook. Even so it is free, it costs the time listening to it.

Yes. I am a very confident person and always try to think positively but this video also reminded me to be grateful for everything I have in life. Even a confident person goes through periods of self doubt and remembering all that I have to be grateful for helps put these thought into perspective.

Very short course, being CBT I would have thought there would be work sheets/diary for gaining self confidence, especially if a person has no confidence and doesnt know where to begin......... good book advertisment

Vbasic -not alot of cognitive therapy -more in tune with positive psychology still worthwhile -the speaker did instill a sense of optimism and a "feel good} feeling as i listened to the presentation.

Talks about her feelings about self-esteem and her books on CBT. After 20 minutes she has shared nothing about CBT. CBT seems to appear in the title as a marketing ploy to her book.

Very lovely course, that nicely explains all the tips and practices. I also liked that the speaker was enthusiastic, and you could just hear her believing in you :D
