Module 2 was very enlightening although short it was profound. I often forget about the energy that I hold and doing that meditation of holding the ball of energy was a good reminder.

It can be better. Since I'm a visual learner, I prefer some pictures associated with verbal techniques of teaching. That would make it more fascinating. However, I learned a lot from this course. I highly recommend others to take it. It's worth it. (:

The class was okay and has some good information. The PDF Training Manual only went to Module 5 and did not include the other sections. The meditations felt rushed.

Very good course that starts you off with a very basic understanding of energy and chakras. Told to begin to become aware of yourself and your chakras. Not much information on the chakras themselves. This is a very basic course.
