In general I liked the course. Not very clear instructions how to get the Certificate from Thinkific and how much it is. Plus it is not highlighted that it is a hypnotherapy course.

This is awesome! It is so specific and easy to understand. I am excited to know how to explain this better to my coaching clients as I notice that so many of them struggle with this and when mentioned, they want to learn deeper. This is so worth the money spent and then some.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the description between the Inner Child and The Adult and how they interact and relate to each other. It’s a very interesting concept that I knew existed and wanted to delve more into understanding. It helps me understand myself a bit more and why I react the way I do or have reacted the way I did. Very very interesting subject.

very informative lessons. I appreciate the work. I enjoyed learning about the inner child. Just I have a suggestion to paraphrase section 5. It's the most important in the course. It has to be more divided to be simple and understandable, like the the archetypes section. Section 5 is very complicated and heavy because of condensation and compression. We need to repeat them more then 2 times to understand. Overall, thank you Patrisha

Clear and easy to follow distinction between adult concious self and child unconscious self. Focus on the healthy and unhealthy attributes. Recognising and accepting all parts is key.

Good - needs a bit of editing. Archetypes section is long. Some instructions need to be clearer eg the life positions needs to explain that the 'you' in the position is the inner child

I am a CBT Therapist. Sometimes I find CBT too cognitive, too logical. I use mindfulness approaches to soften this. What I look for, are different ways to explain the levels of cognition etc. I quite like the explanation that those parts of us that are irrational are the child parts and those parts that are fearless and proactive are the adult parts.
