This course came to me just at the right time as I have been experiencing higher frequency of anger manifestation. Sonia has a lovely aura and a reassuring voice! Very clear instructions, simple and to the point (no pun intended!) Would recommend to anyone who wishes to tame the "Tiger" :-)

Good information well presented. One suggestion—the information presented at the end in the final lesson might all or in part be beneficial for the student to have early on.
