This is a really basic course for people who know little about cameras. She covered a lot of things in very little detail. For example she took four different panorama series, one with her DSLR, two with her iPhone, and one with her drone. She did each one quickly not covering the details. I wish she would have went more in depth with her DSLR and briefly discussed item like the aperture, ISO, and focal length to use instead of spending time on iPhone photography.

This course was really good. If you have photoshop or lightroom, you can use this course even more. I have taken Panorama pics on my Android and I enjoy them but now I can see how I can get a more true picture using my dslr camera. I have wondered how to use the HDR part of my phone camera and this answered that question for me.

FINALLY! I've always always wondered how people made panoramas, and now I know I understand. I've been taking them with my phone for years but my goodness, have my eyes been opened up! Wow! I'm so excited to head out to the mountains this weekend and give this a try, I think Kate does an amazing job of explaining how to go about each step. I've also always seen that hdr button on my phone but never understood what it meant. Now I do! I watched most of the lectures in one sitting, but I think this course is best done in real life steps. I'm going to watch the part on how to take the photos again, and then take my photos. Then I'll watch how to merge my photos, and then I'll do that step and so on... I wish the course had been a bit longer, but I guess there was no need for anything else to be said. Overall, I love it! A++++
