All in all not bad info, but to be honest it makes it quite annoying that you can 100% tell, that the instructor is reading down his preplanned information and often makes reading errors. sounds as if he was making notes but often formulates them in the wrong person etc. Makes it kinda annoying to be honest and I expect someone to be prepared to explain more freely then reading like from a teleprompter.

Highly disappointed with this course. The title is also a lot misleading as there is almost nothing about happiness except the connection with the habits.

Initially I found it unnecessarily time consuming and patronizing. I still believe it could have been done in far fewer lessons and in much less time. The instructor's accent and pronunciation difficulties are charming but distracting at times. But the key concepts are valid and I think I might have found a few nuggets of wisdom.
