I really liked this course. Very clear and concise. Not a lot of extraneous and unnecessary information that you find in other courses. A ton of great actionable ideas to get started on the path to a better self.

This is a GREAT introduction to the topic of neuroplasticity. He breaks it down in very simple ways to give you access implementing simple things to create positive change in the brain. While the strategies are simple, old habits will need to be broken and new habits built which requires an embrace of discipline. The course was taught well and keys to implement change are clearly given. Be faithful with the simple foundation he provides and then your next step will be clear.

The course is clear and concise but it lacks some specific action plans on how to teach brain to visualise, express gratitude (when and how). It would be very helpful if it contained info about what to eat and when in order to maintain neuroplasticity of the brain. Furthermore, what exercises to conduct in order to stay focused and have good memory. So far, information is vague and has not clear tangible advice about action plans.

The Instructor does a great job at explaining in simple terms what Neuroplasticity is and most importantly the actions you can take to get plenty of benefits in your life from all of this knowledge. There are definitely a number of tips and actions that are recommended here that I will begin to take to obtain more consistent results with anything that I learn and wish to apply. This is the first course that I've actually completed on Udemy. I not only enjoyed it but I got a lot out of it. I appreciated how the instructor related neuroplasticity to our eating habits and sleeping patterns as well as exercise. All of these things are connected. This instructor will not talk over your head or down at you. I found him relatable and engaging. I also really like the resource material that was supplied throughout the course, which will come in handy as I implement changes in my own life. I am really glad I signed up for this course.

I spent most of my life trying to achieve higher consciousness by exploring spirituality and ended up ignoring my physical vessel, but recently I became very interested in understanding the scientific side of things. I think I am having "Agent Mulder & Scully's baby", LOL . I am glad to have found this course. I am amazed by the similarity of it all, it's a perfect combination. I think that what makes this course great is that it doesn't complicate things. Sure theory is great , but practice and implementation is more important.
