This is a VERY helpful course! I'm really grateful to the author for his clear and well put together course. It's important to download the workbook and DO the exercises. Normally I wouldn't bother with that but I did this time and it was very helpful and clarified some things for me. I'm now feeling hopeful about creating my desired habit. I may even watch these videos again at a later time.

"Will power is not reliable and habits are" Having struggled with developing a particular skill in past months, I found this course a great help in identifying the things that I was and am doing wrong. I had always thought that achieving goals is about will power and consistency etc. But the idea of achieving goals via habit formation is simply fantastic.
