The presenter could dial it down a notch. Plus, I personally, do not like training with just talking heads. I need visuals - I need facts, not opinion.

I used to teach investment bankers and CEOs of multinational companies the Indonesian language. I often wondered how they could learn Indonesian from me immediately after returning from another South East Asian country- straight from the airport! This is the third course I have taken from Brandon. He's a rare individual whose thirst for mining the golden nuggets in our over-saturated world of information, coupled with his ability to distill what he gleans and then impactfully share it makes him a powerful trainer. This course explains what is a habit, how are bad habits formed, how do we create good habits and be consistent with them. I didn't know many things and many things that I thought were necessary, were just myth. Also found answers to my doubts regarding why I was not able to be consistent with my habits in my life. Now I need to implement what I learnt.
