Good course, gave really useful tips. However I wish he could’ve gone into more detail about how to actually stick through a habit and not give up on it 2 weeks in, like what sometimes happens to me. But regardless, really useful advice, too bad the teacher isn’t actively answering questions in the QnA, but the course is pretty good on its own, I recommend it

I find the course very easy to understand. The concept is broken down so that it is easy to follow and gives you a way to positively set your goals and actions and see positive outcomes. The exercises are not ones I have been introduced to before, and already I am able to follow through on my goals without feeling as though I am failing or doubting if I will succeed. I appreciate all the relevant information that is being offered, and that it is not tedious or difficult to follow through on.
