A great little short course, just what I needed after doing Josephs Hypnosis 1 Course, this filled in a few gaps I needed for my own healing journey. The Monkey Mind, now I have a name for what I have been experiencing for the past few years, and im very thankful for that. Some great tools learnt, cant wait to do it all over again.
