This course was fantastic. I am an experienced holistic facialist and mindful massage coach, and I was interested in this course because it brushes on reflexology, pressure points, and release. It is very detailed in an illustrative capacity. Perfect for those that are visual and practical learners like myself. I notice in some reviews people have said that it is not indepth enough. It is, but you are required to do some self-study. There are links to countless information on facial anatomy which I clicked on and went through. I used what I learned on this course to increase my practice on the facia, and also I loved the release tension technique for shaking the tool on the hairline/ scalp, and the massage technique for the pressure point below the brow on the muscle around the eye. I am currently completing my level 3 in facial anatomy. I believe that this course could both be beneficial for beginners and professionals, as long as you are willing to do the extra work with it if you are wanting to learn for a professional capacity.

I really enjoyed this course can’t wait to try it on my clients. I watch the video with music before bed too it really helps relax me and I am learning too. I have tried a Gua sha facial on myself as I have a lot of fluid and excess skin from weight loss and age around my neck and chin area and this helped me.
