From my experience, this course is a great help to people looking to build new habits and people that have a hard time completing their goals. This Course was definitely a good fit for me as I always had a hard time with my goals because of my habit of procrastination. It helped me in setting small goals that I can complete and even helped me make an action plan that would help me throughout my journey in improving my fitness.
