This course was short, sweet, and gave me valuable, tangible tools to put in my manager's toolkit.
Bob had the right energy and the pace was great. The Star model he mentioned adds a framework to tweak what I was already doing into a more effective way of communication with my team.
The only thing I do wish is that it was in total 1 hour (only 39 mins). This will be hard for me to track in terms of PDU's.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this course.
