Sure he knows a lot about AWS, but it unfortunately does not make him a good teacher. More than often he does not finishes his sentences, jumps to another thought and then yet another one. Moves all around with the mouse and then changes his mind… He is really all over the place all the time. not sure where the other positive scores come from, but if you are really a beginner… skip to another class. Knowing something is one thing, teaching is a completely other thing and definitely a different skill. Unfortunately, in the online course realm, both things are confused with one another.

This overview course is great; however, stop moving the mouse all over the screen. It's very distracting and, we're waiting for the mouse to land on the "next" item so we can follow and take notes. I just finished a 55hr course from Linux Academy and they never moved their mouse until the absolutely had to. Also, better editing would be nice. We really do not need to see EC2's not starting, failing, etc., especially in an overview type of a course.

I'm a small business owner considering launching my first content-focused site. I've played with Wordpress but realize that if I want to scale the site, I'll probably need to know how to set up a real backend. This was helpful to get me started and saves me a a lot of time searching around.
