Allen is a great coach and his workouts are a blast! This material really helps not only to be a stronger or faster person, but focuses on the core, balance and flexibility which are the foundation of every activity we decide to do; either train for marathons, triathlons, swimming, soccer, or just playing with the kids. This course improves your overall body, health and functionality.

Exactly what I wanted/needed. I wasn't expecting that the exercises were more than just normal 'strength' training. The routines incorporate mobility, flexibility, and flow as well as strength, cardio, etc. Well worth the purchase. And highly recommendable.
