I am halfway through the course. There are so many small mistakes in several presentations and also his accent is very hard to understand in a very few places. And, certain topics like electron affinity and internal energy and enthalpy could have been explained better. And, the lecturer never responds to any questions in Q&A section for a very long time. I enjoyed their organic chemistry course and took this course immediately. But, it is not up to the standard and much information should have been focussed on inorganic chemistry and rather general chemistry. But, this course is a serious let down even though I learnt new things, it is not up to the standard.

This is by far the BEST online course on general chemistry ! I found all the chemistry topics in this course. I love the pace and the level of details and also the way the instructor explains the concepts and takes us step by step to fully understand the lectures. Also great work done on the problems that come at the end of each section. Many practical examples to reinforce the understanding and I'm really grateful that all these problems are available with their solution in a wonderful pdf document of more than 300 pages. I can work on these problems offline then come back to the course to check my results. I'm very satisfied with this course !!!

WOW !!! I'm so happy I enrolled in this course !!! Extremely experienced instructor ! God of chemistry ! I really enjoyed the lectures. The instructor does not take anything for granted, he doesn't assume that the student already knows some of the concepts. He takes the necessary time to fully explain from the very beginning, tackling down all the little things that can cause confusion and make students don't want to study chemistry. Also the instructor took care to upload all the problems explained in this course with their detailed solution and that is a wonderful booklet of 345 pages !!!! Really enjoyed the course and strongly recommend it for everyone ! Go ahead, take this course, you won't be disappointed...

I am taking this course in order to pass an exam in inorganic chemistry. So far, the course is very helpful, and a better alternative to the course book, because it explains things in an easier way. But please note that this course teaches general inorganic chemistry, they will not be going through all the groups of the periodic system, most common elements and compounds found in nature, most common reactions for analytical or industrial use etc.
