Yes its above my expectations! I can finally use Garageband on my iPad which i never used before. Ive always used it on my Mac but i didnt know that i could use it on my iPad as well. So thank you for the great explanation in a way that made sense to me.

It was a good course for someone new to Ipad and Garageband. Thank you. Only two drawbacks I will say is as its touch screen, its not always easy to see where your touching. You often say, 'You can do this by clicking here', and I'm like WHERE and had to pause and try and work out where you meant. Its not like a PC where there is a mouse to see where you are. Sort that out and perfect! Also would've been cool to see you make a track not from loops but scratch.

So far, so good! I am a technology neophyte, yet a very skilled classical musician, and am having to learn new ways of creating accompaniments and solos for college and church. I have grown to love the possibilities! This course is perfect for me; I can stop, figure out, and move on. My one observation? Skilled tech folks tend to speak a little too quickly for me.

I was extremely disappointed with this course and could not recommend it to anyone, unfortunately. The narrator, obviously a nice guy, has clearly not spent any time using Garage Band before and was literally finding out how to use it for the first time as he went along. Unfortunately for me, I was hoping to learn from someone with experience who may have actually experimented with the functions before.

It's a good course for learning the on-board instruments, but I come from a rock band background was looking for more on recording real instruments (Guitar + Bass) and using plug-ins for Amps and Effects. Also could do more on Fade and Merge tracks and use of the acoustic drum kits.

The instructor is showing how to play around with the different effects , like a game, and not showing how you would use them if you recorded a real guitar, vocals, piano, etc. Pretty disappointed at this point in the course.

there are no detailed lectures. only shown garageband interface. it’s not worth if you open the garageband application by yourself, and try something on it.

This Course is pretty intresting and very understandable, though is a basic course, it makes you see that GarageBand is a very good app, and has so much potencial, i think Martin (the instructor) should do more courses o this GarageBand on Ipad but focusing in an Intermediate or Advance course, because i think he has good experience on this and people can learn a lot too.

Direct to point in this course. I wanted to see what the instructor pressed on and since it's screen recorded that can be a bit hard to see. Still an amazing course and gets you very easy into the software. Well done!
