I'm about halfway in and so far it'spretty "fluffy" and has this weird combination of one presenter coming in and saying"I'm not going to present, but I'm here to remind you to leave the rsting" and the other one doing all the work

I really enjoyed this course. I was curious more than anything on seeing what crowdfunding for a video was like. This course certainly gave great advise for funding in general and really provided some terrific insight for me. Not just insight in video project funding, but in general.

As a film maker/producer/crowdfunding consultant I really am interested in these subjects, however, I fell a sleep several times already. It is very boring watching one person talking with nothing else going on. When you are listing things by voice, you might want to list them on the screen..add some color, and movement.. make our brains work.. I think if you would have put a line scale out on top of Caleb's head with some animation talking about what kind of business person you are, and then have a few examples, you would keep peoples attention better. Also, I expected this to be about film making , however, talking about a "business person" doesn't feel like it fits in these videos. We are crowdfunding consultants, producers, writers, and film makers. I think if you used those titles it would be more relate-able to the film industry. Every one learns in a different way, and as a online instructor, you need to be able to teach "anyone". I am a filmmaker that needs to hear it, see it, and do it, to really learn... Phillip , you said to be honest, so here it goes. Your video on asking for a review, put me to sleep in two different courses. IT IS BORING...add some fun to it, or some color, or animation..just sitting talking to us for 5 minutes about writing a review of 2 videos we have watched, doesn't cut it... You both are great instructors as far as the knowledge of the courses. I feel you just need to deliver that information different. It can't be boring, or people will not watch it,and for sure will not refer your courses and you. Right now, I have given this course, and the Adobe Premiere Pro course, a 3, and the reasons that I wrote above, are the reasons I did that.

Althought this course was aimed at people who need funding to make a movie, and I want to get my play on stage, I learned how to make a "Look Book" and this is going to help me a lot. Very well explained, with good examples, and good exercises.

I am happy with all of the information. But really unhappy with the representation. I was writing down the steps your were teaching and it takes more time. If you were show on screen those points i will feel more love with this course. However i am excited to boom and completing this course.
