Liked a refreshingly unique delivery style of content. p.s. - Do update the Policy Basic Outline in Section 10, it should have Marine/Aviation Insurance outline rather than Health. Thanks

Needs to get to the point. Key message or important items are lost a dramatic realm of symphonies and what not. Should include slides of key messages and concepts and not just talk over a single slide of bullet points. Not sure the assignment adds value or has relevant learning in the course to respond to them.

Good course in its core, but often marred with some too literary expositions that distract from its subject. Could have been more to-the-point and would be more immediately understandable.

The course was well-constructed but the pompous, inflated style of most lectures was something of a distraction.

More than half of the course was either written by an AI or the worst drama student of all times, I'm guessing the voice actor is also AI. You hear the same 10 phrases constantly repeated and every concept, no matter how simple or complicated, is adorned with a multitude of unnecessary words that add nothing to the course except artificially lengthening it. Rest of the course, including case studies, are laid out in a normal language, well done and easily understood.

The instructor using AI is uncessesary and the amount of nonsense words added to the video is also not to my liking, just speak normally as in the first video and use your own words.

I feel like the presentations are done by creating pictures of symphonies in your mind the whole time. This is difficult to follow and I have to pause the presentation the whole time. Instead of making an actual presentations with practical visuals and multiple slides. Furthermore, the questions thus far haven't been helpful in testing my understanding.

The information would be useful, but the script and delivery were very distracting. Had a hard time staying focused. Please arrange to rewrite the narrative to deliver information without the circus ringmaster flair.

Too must artistically forged language is missing the actual understanding. this course should have been explained in 30 min if used a simple language.

I do not like the robotic voice as much. I would rather have a real person speak as that is more engaging and easier to listen to (most times).

Not a well put together course. The Artifical Voice is not very interesting and makes listening a chore. The information is very sparse as well.

I was able to learn about the different classes of insurance and its coverage. I also learned about the key difference of perils and hazards.

Synthetic voice is awful - it is very "mechanical", often do not make pauses between sentences, lacks any emotions, etc.

the voice over is not that good. Seems like a robot ... I would have rather read the transcripts if that was made available and made better sense of it.

The second course it better than the first, I learnt new concepts here. However the robotic voice is challenging for me to listen to and interpret. Consider obtaining a human to voice over the content for this course to ensure the person listening remains engaged and obtains maximum benefit.
