The course was good and informative, the textbook is perfect, and the videos are illustrative. However, obtaining the certificate could be simpler, for example, by filling out a longer test or writing it on the study platform. This email submission is a bit complicated; Coursera is much simpler. Overall, I am satisfied.

I have been to therapy before and it was very beneficial. So having been an empath all my life and being the friend and colleague that people always felt that they could talk to, I've always been drawn to counselling but I knew that I had to be emotionally and mentally ready before embarking on that journey.
