This course was easy to follow and had the basic what-to-do steps I needed. I am currently fixing my shoulder to be able to do push-ups. This course made me do that, because of the explanations.

Clear, concise, with easy to follow drills and explanations on why each drill is important. Although each section is short, there is a lot of information to help you progress.
